I did try both ACE and BEST Hardware stores local and they do not carry the internal lock washer big enough or jam nut thin enough (9/16). And closest jam nut 1/2 by 20 (fine) thread, I would have to cut in half for thickness.
I don't understand why you can buy the switch (from various parts places online, etc...,) but switches do not come with nut and washer, or at least have available to purchase?!

I mailed out the wiper switch washer and nut this morning. They will be in a small White letter envelope. It only cost $.46 to mail them....
Just hang onto the light switch stuff and send them to someone else that needs them....
