It's a two person job (unless somebody has another way),
I hooked up my multi-meter, and laid on my back and turned the screw, while he told me what it was reading. It's still about 150 low but I think it may be because of the connections.
I'll keep tinkering with it till I get get it to read correct, which I know it will, because it was right before I took the dash apart.
