[Hook'em]

I've ordered stuff from ECE since 2005, most recently earlier this month. I received a call a couple hours after placing my order about a small part that wouldn't be available for a couple days - wanting to know about holding up the order (caring about how the issue affected me). I really appreciate quick response and customer service.
