Straiten the straps out. They are only bent that way for shipping. Bend them around the bottom of the tank so they are even from left to right. The "J" hooks you should have received with the tank will hook the bottom of one side of the frame or the other. (doesn't matter witch) You will need to purchase additional bolts to use for the opposite side of the frame. You will have to drill holes for the bolts and "J" hooks. Hope this helps. WES
