I bought a similar tank from a board member, he got it from Amazon. Mine has a type of ledge on each side that the straps hold the tank to the frame. I mocked it up with the hooks to see how long i should have them. I used an additional bolt and washer on the under side of the frame rail. I had to drill two holes and used two oval holes. I installed mine today, if I started over I would use longer bolts, 2inches, to make it easier for the nut to grab.
