Dang that sucks! I am a fan of the C20 and even C30.
I need to add that for me, one of the square washers for the core support carriage bolts is too small to bind up against the driver side wall of the core support. I am putting in regular bolts and extra round washers to correct that. I thought about having larger square washers made but if I need to fix it later I'll remove the radiator and get a helper with a long extension to his ratchet. This is the Classic Heartbeat kit.
