I highly suggest using wool or cotton carpet; the nylon (plastic) carpet is toxic, it'll give ya headaches on hot days, and the wool or cotton is easier to keep clean. I also suggest denim ultra-touch radiant barrier to insulate it first, you can order it on home depot website, and it works great and doesn't cost as much as toxic asphalt insulation.
