Are you dead set on a 5 speed? That trans would be perfect for great mileage and easier to fit in a slammed truck too compared to a NV4500.

Hopefully the line you're speaking of that is blowing back on the trans is not the breather/blow by tube. The top of the trans sure looks dry and clean....

I remember it being a 3 pin. I will double check on it when I get it back to the shop this weekend.

No I'm not dead set on a 5 speed, and I think you make a great point on the fitment issue too. Who knows maybe it will be the best option in the long run. How reliable are the RH transmissions? I know if you control the heat and keep them cool then you should not have issues, but what typically goes on these?
