I used a 4x4 and an engine hoist, piece of cake and all 12 beers were mine!  Two pieces of 1" x 5" 1/4" plate screwed to the 4x4 and a 6" bolt through the end of the hoist tube (place the 4x4 on top of the hoist tube and toggle it). Center it up inside the cab with a little hanging beyond the doors or door openings. Lift and put it where you want it...Can use the same 4x4 and hoist to lift the bed as well, center stake pocket is center of load...
