I would put the various bushings in. If any alignment or questions come up, it's sitting at the correct ride height. If you do any painting, you can clean the paint off the rubber parts, or if you're going to that much expense (painting top and bottom) and extra set of bushings is a negligible cost. Just my thoughts...
