I installed the cab, then the bed, then the core support then the front fenders. Leaving every thing pretty loose so that it could all be adjusted to line up with each other. I did no measuring aside from using my fingers as a gage in some of the gaps. Everything has to look good in the end when it's all together.

The bed, cab and core support all have considerable slop in the connection points so that it can all move around to suit each other. The front fenders have some slop, but not near as much as the rest of the parts.

Without knowing your situation, one could guess that your bed is off and maybe your cab too.

Hopefully your frame is straight.
