Thanks for the replies.

I’m not sure I was clear enough before about my intentions. I’m talking about removing the heater components and tossing them and having a truck without a heater. It’s only an ice cream and cruise night car, so I could shed some weight and make the engine bay look better in the process.

I’m basically asking if it’s as simple as “pull it all out, and don’t put it back on. Then cap off (or bridge with a small piece of hose?) the lines running to the heater core”
