Without digging too deep I would imagine what you have is a C1500 GMC (2wd) that was converted to 4wd. Your truck probably came with leaf spring rear, so it's just a matter of installing the crossmembers and front end. What front axle do you have? Does it have closed or open knuckles? How about the steering box, pitman arm, draglink? Manual or power steering? Got pictures?
I'd look at identifying the front axle and 4wd components. Does it have a Rockwell 221 or New Process 205 transfer case? Double cardon joint in back end of front driveshaft? Someone could have swapped the correct 4wd components for '67 to make it a bit more tricky. Buut is the engine crossmember bolted or factory rivets? Again, got pics?
