Back to these seat belts,,,

I was going to order a set from Wesco but i do not see how they will mount in my 89 suburban. I have one bolt and it is almost behind the front seat near to the pillar and in the floor. Did you just drill a new hole and use a backing plate?

Does anyone have a burb and how did you modify the brackets. Also, it looks like it requires another mount for the stationary end of the bolt. How does that work??
