Some great stuff here.
For me:

1. Make sure carb is all set and truck is reliable to drive
2. Change out points to Petronix and install new cap, rotor, wires and plugs
3. Change transmission fluid and filter
4. Change rear diff fluid.

Longer term: replace rear main seal
Replace drive shaft carrier bearing
Replace oil pan
Replace valve cover gaskets
Replace passenger side window regulator

Remind self to keep truck original and not update brakes etc.
