Has anybody messed with the head light switch lately?
Some of those switches are not as good as others. But I suspect your housing out back may need some work. The tail light housing grounds through the 2 screws that you install it with. Make sure they ground it good.

After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
