The HD bearing appears to be MUCH more durable than the other styles. I have a had several 3/4 ton leaf spring trucks and they did NOT have the HD bearing so I am not sure what the paramaters were when they used it.
But one of that style you have picture of may can be disassembled and the inner bearing removed and possibley used in the HD housing. If the ID of the bearing is correct.
