I've never asked a question, so excuse me if I'm doing it incorrectly. Are the add on lugs on the front of the fuse panel fused? I need to add a cigarette lighter, and illumination connection for the light and the light for the heater controls. I would prefer not to have to remove my fuse box to get to the back.
