Re: Spot weld removal, best method/tool?
I've always used a 3/8 or 1/2 drill bit. Drill into the spot weld but try not to do all the way threw the weld and just a few taps with a chisel. Been doing it this way since the 70s at my uncle's shop. Rockers on my 68
