Once you remove the light and back out the adjustment screw the metal nut should come out farly easy with a screw driver to pry it out. You may want to take the metal that it fits in and tap it to get it tight when you put the plastic keeper back in. But most times they are just a bit bigger anyway and should fit good and tight. The ring on the head light has the cut out for the screw head. You may want to manipulate it to close up and be tighter also around the head.

After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
