I rebuilt a set last year for my truck. The kit came with new hinge pins and copper bushings. You will need a good sturdy vise, a BFH, a press to put the pins back in, and a band-saw to cut the pins off (they stick out the bottom if you don't). The hardest part was getting the old pins out. I used lots of "Kroil" penetrant and a big BFH with a punch. Of course, mine were rusted in solid. All-in-all, pretty easy. And well worth the effort.
