ChevLoRay-- Thanks for the numbers. I went into the Chevy dealers' today with those and walked out with a brand new set of hood hinges and springs for less than $160 [w/tax]. Hinges were $58 and springs were $15. Weirdest thing, the dates on the hinges looked like they built them in 4/04 and 6/04. Is GM back in production with parts for our vintage trucks?
Terry-- I'll check out Chevy Duty if the kit's for hood hinges, not door hinges. Maybe I can rebuild my old set for one of my other rigs.
