If the flapper (diverter baffle) is still there and it's just the hinge that is broken, as was the case with mine, I just cut some plast that was the same width and about two inches long and got some epoxy and smothered the flapper and then the plastic braces and held them in place until they set...it's been working fine ever since.

I know I saw replaces boxes for under $100 new as some of the online old chevy truck stores.
