"Prices slightly higher west of the Rockies." 1971 was the year I moved to Tucson. I was in the Marines, after North Carolina and the WestPac (Iwakuni, Japan) I was stationed at MCAS Yuma. What a garden spot. I used to drive to Tucson on weekends to cool off!
