Texas makes it easy. I have YOM on both of my trucks. They do inspect the old plated to see if they are in good condition. Some offices are more picky than others about the condition of the plate. Yep...me, too. 1969 Texas Truck plates (pristine condition I might add). Registered Antique. And yes, there are "Antique" restrictions but, the few times I drive it is going to a shop, or home a shop.
Do two rolling classic / antique cars constitute a parade? LOL!
