So here is the answer they had in their FAQ section:

Q: What happens if my battery dies for other reasons while the brake is engaged?
A: The unit remains engaged until it receives power again.

So if the battery does die, and you need to move the truck before getting a new battery, you can always use jumper cables or a battery charger to supply power to disengage the E-Stopp.
