Depended greatly on the make of truck also . I seem to remember much more room in the 50s Studebakers I owned . Seat higher and the roof much higher . My 67 Gladiator was very comfortable as was the 82 that replaced it . But they were basically the same truck .
Should have kept the Kaiser .
