Here's another thought. If you want the drivability and ease of parts locating, I would be more inclined to go with a 71-72 Chevy or GMC truck. They come from the factory with 5 lug axels (so cool rims are easy to find), also they have factory front disc brakes. The 70 model has 4 wheel drums and 6 lug wheels.

I still prefer the 59, because they didn't make a whole lot of Cameo trucks, and the value keeps going up every year. JMO.
