I'm PRETTY sure I got them into the pocket correctly. On the top, that little round thing is inside the small coil, and on the bottom, the coil covers the drain hole. I think it's right, because 28" is right where the fender SHOULD be. (Stock I put 32" tires on, and with 5" drop I have 28" tires on, makes sense)
