I am new to these rear ends, My boys truck has a whiny 12 bolt 5 lug I can get a 12 bolt 6 lug from a coil suspension truck like his for $100.00. Can we take the axles off the old 5 lug and insert them in place of the 6 lug 12 bolt. What is the chance of redrilling them for the 5 bolt pattern. Thanks for any info.
