Your chevy dealer for GM ones. Cost more but worth it.

Re: hood hinges

What about a set of late model GM hood hinges. I have a brand new set for a 1993 Suburban I bought and never used them.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Re: hood hinges

I bought new hinges and springs from my local Chevy dealer, in August of 2000. The part numbers are: 391-1705 (LH) and 391-1706 (RH). I have misplaced the tag from the springs, but they shouldn't be a problem.

The catalog group is 08.015, if any of the parts people get antsy about whether or not they want to look.

Re: hood hinges

The springs are cheap. I'd replace them with the hinges.
