Re: best place to get front fenders?
I would search at a local swap meet, or craigslist for good used ones. I can't stand the way the aftermarket fenders feel on a truck. They are flimsy and they don't fit. The scrapyards are full of these old trucks. Good used ones are available if you look for them.

Re: best place to get front fenders?
I'm with lazer ... the best place to find good quality fenders is on a truck heading toward the great truck pasture.
There are no aftermarket panels that can compare to the originals $ .02

Re: best place to get front fenders?
just to play devil's advocate... If you buy body parts off of a donor truck be aware it may not be the original body part. These trucks have been around awhile and many of them have already have the re-pop parts put on them.
That being said, there are still originals out there but I would venture to say most of us wouldn't know how to identify them.
