with the eng mounted in I 6 position, it will be 3 1/2" rearward (plus or minus 1/8") from factory V8 sb position. The straight rams horns should clear the crossmember......they would be a bit of a clearance problem with the eng in factory position(hence the angled rams horns.......crazyL

With the sb in I 6 position, the oil pan can also be removed from the eng with the eng mounts in place.....many pros to the situation

I have a pair of center dump ram horns you can have cheap. If you're in the Peg some time soon, give me a call, or send me an e-mail.

We should be in the Peg on the 29th of this month! We're hoping to get together with any board members that will be around that weekend. Not sure if they decided on a place to meet tho!

Dubie I have a complete exhaust system from front to back .. came off a 71 GMC 1/2 ton long box with a 350 that was hooked to a 4 speed. It was a complete new exhaust system I took off a wrecked truck... has ram horn turn backs....heat riser too... its very nice... still shiny too. The exhaust dumps out just in front of the rear tires. Check with me when your in town.
I got lots of ram horns too if you just need those. Hmm I even posted this exhaust way back when,,, I try to find it in the posts. Rod
