Just saying they are for imports, and looks like the design that goes under the bumper, not under the cab/bed where truck mufflers normally go. I bought some Thrush welded mufflers from Advance Auto and loosely installed on my truck and they sound awesome. It's a flow master style, but does sound little different and was a 1/4" of the price, $30 each.

SS is the key point here, just chop off the tips so it would go anywhere needed.

What's the quality of the stainless? Cheap SS will rust. Besides, in the salt belt, the pipes will still rot off. If your lucky, you can find the muffler when it hits the road.

They will sound just like a magnaflow or any other similar design muffler. Since they're polished, they're probably 304 which will last a good long time. Either way, they're cheap and there's only so many things that can go wrong with a muffler. I say don't worry about silly Honda jokes and go for it.

Here are some name brand mufflers that are on sale right now. They're a pretty decent deal IMO....less than 1/2 regular price,and I like the sound of them.

Hell, I'd try it. I like butchering cheap ricerocket parts and making them somewhat useable. Makes the import kids cringe.
