Replaced my rusted out outer door sheet metal with 14ga metal. I cut out all the rot & coated everything with POR-15 then welded on the sheet stock. I didn't repair the inner metal (more room for the water to get away

. Hope it holds up against the salt! This is my work truck & doesn't look perfect- thanks for looking

Nice job! Did you coat the inside with por-15 after welding?

Yes, I did coat everything before paint. I hope the lack of a seam at the bottom helps slow the rust
