No splits or cracks. These pics show any issues. One boots has a gouge and one belt has a small fray ! The re-tractor belt/boots could be install so the good sides are facing out away from the seat.

I'm not sure, it was a few yrs back, you can probably make out the tel # on their tag in the pictures and give them a call.
