Longbed BigBlocks?
Any thing particularly special or rare about a longbed with a 396? With a Dana Rear?

Re: Longbed BigBlocks?
Not really, both were available as options. The big block probably would have been badged as a 400 though.

Re: Longbed BigBlocks?
a 68 or 69 would be badged as a 396, 70 - 72 would be a 402 badged as a 400.
A big block truck is less common than any engine in a truck. They are more common in 3/4 tons, as are the dana reas in 3/4 ton w/big block (it came standard in s a 3/4 ton big block) |

So a 69 Cst10 Longbed with a 396 and Dana is somewhat rareish, but not some super rare monster?

Re: Longbed BigBlocks?
a half ton, big block, CST, with Dana would be VERY droolable, and pretty uncommon. Many would say rare, but there's no numbers to back up the claim.
