Door drain holes
My driver side door is retaining water.
1. Can anyone show me where the door drain holes should be located? 2. If I have to put in new holes, any suggestions on placement & treatment? Thanks in advance |

Well that was easier than expected. I found a couple slots that were just clogged with debris.

I would get a brush with a handle, so that you can reach around inside the door with it. Brush all along the bottom of the door the best you can, then take a shop vac and vacuum out any more debris that may be in there.

I'll keep that in mind. I just blew out the debris and put it back together since I was primarily working on the weatherstripping. I'd like to spray the rust too but the stuff I have is hard to breathe for a long time afterwards.

If it's not rusted out-I've found that a good brush coat of "POR-15" is the easiest and best way to fix it. Just be sure the POR 15 doesn't block the holes.
