I guess it depends on how bad you want a 75 Blazer, heheh.

10 grand is a lot of money for a stock 1975 vehicle, even in great condition. If it had lots of money put into it in the form of performance parts and stuff like that, I could see the cost being justified, but for a stock vehicle that sounds a little high.

Of course, if it really is in pristine shape, then it just goes back to how bad you want it.

Before it drives you mad and you make an impulse buy though, look around at some others in that price range (you seem willing to spend it) and see if anything else stands out.

What these guys don't understand is how rare of a find you have. If it "really" is that nice it is well worth 10k. Was it garage kept? Does it really look like a new truck? will you have to spend money to "freshen it up"?

If this truck is like new, it's would take a LOT more than 10k to duplicate it with a truck that needs restored...

this blazer needs nothing but to be drove it is a k-5 with 4wd 350 3 speed automatic red and white with a white top all in pristine shape never used for a plow truck or never towed anything at
at 40000 miles that averages out to less than 1500 a year heck my mom does more than that thanks again

73-75's found in good condition let alone excellent are hard to find. I would say if it is in great condition, it would be worth it.

What are you going to do with it?
If it's in that good of shape, it would be hard to drive it every day, but I would find it hard to not drive it and customize it...... Just think about what you are going to do with it, and that will be the answer for you...
Would love to see some pics of her though..

I have seen a similar condition '75 bid up to $10K on Ebay recently, but the individual was looking for more like $20K.

If only 40K miles, then there should be some decent documentation of oil change records and service records, or a story why it spent so much time in storage. For instance, an oil change in the late '80's with 25K miles.

Also, even if true low mileage car, the carpets would show wear and fading, and rust could still be present, especially if from MN.

Finally, if the exterior paint is decent, then it should make a great survivor.

It sounds like several people on here are interested if your not, so if you decide to pass on it, be sure and pass on the lead for the rest of us. I'm about done with mine, and will ready for the next project soon!
Greg.
