o/t How did you pick your body shop?
May sound like a dumb question but how do you find a reputable body shop in you area? I am not looking for show quality paint, but I dont want a maaco job either. Any tips suggestions? I know word of mouth is probably best but I dont know many people that have had full paint jobs done. Thanks
Adam

this may not help but I'm from a very small town and I knew that it would be a lot cheaper to get it done a local shop rather than a large city. Long story short they way underestimated me because this was there first truck that they shaved and such..... I figer I saved at least 4 grand looks like they did a damn good job too ( they should've for having it in the shop fo 5 months)

check out www.certifiedfirst.com . That is the certified first website from PPG. Our shop is on there. We had to be a PPG certified shop, then have our customers for 4 months called to verify our quality and overall customer satisfaction. That is a good place to start.
