I had an unmolested 68 GMC when I was 18. It was fairly high option with 327/ TH400, and side trim. It had a stock cargo light on the cab.

i installed a third brake light/cargo light on my 72. i got it off a ....uh, ford, but it looks great and works awesome! 2000 superduty/ranger/mazda, would have gone witha chev light, but the ford fit the contour of the cab a lot better. had to do some wiring (the circuit for the dome light is not enough) but it is a great upgrade and very bright (read safe!) there is no missing my brake lights now!
