Smile Conversion of 1965 gmc front suspension to later model

I have a 1965 GMC 1/2 ton pickup. The front end is worn out on it. I would like to change it to something a more modern. Does anyone know what is the most efficient way of doing this. I would like to end up with power steering and disk brakes if possible. perhaps a later model bolt in ??? Thanks in advance for your help !!!!!

Well me and my friedn are have a 66 that we are going to just take the upper and lower a-arms from a 76 Chevy 1/2 ton and just bolt up and I think you only have to change out the outter tie rod end to make it work and you can have 5 lug and disc brakes and all you have to do is set up the power breaks.
