Progress update
Here's what I did today. Split the passenger bedside in half and sand blasted, then coated with POR. Still got to get sheet metal to fix the top of the bed. hehe. How does $42 sound for a 4'x4' sheet of 20 guage sheet metal?

Fairly cheap if you're buying from retail. I got a 48" x 120" through work for $53. Use 18 guage, its the same thickness as the factory sheet metal.
