Restored 72 Blazer (Clifford)
First thread, Just wanted to share some pics of my Blazer. It was completed about two months ago, and have not had a chance to put alot of miles on it. The color is spit fire red, which actualy changes from orange to burnt orange under different light. There were some minor changes but most noticeable are the side lamp bezels and the wheels. The only factory options installed were the A/C and the radio, Other changes include; switch to 350, ceramic coated headers, holley carb, minor engine chrome, and hidden reese hitch. Having a problem deciding on mirrors. Open for suggestions.??? Really enjoy the site and all the other members pictures.

Wow what a clean blazer. I love it. Have any pics of before you started to work on it. Since you have chrome bumpers I would go with the small square chrome ones. And welcome to the board from TExas.

With a truck as nice as yours, I would most definately go with the small chrome factory mirrors. I have them on both of my trucks and they look just right for the body design, and the fact that you kept the truck pretty much stock looking.

Tastefully done but where's the back seat? As for mirrors, I'd go with the OE below eyeline mirrors in chrome. Those small OE sport mirrors are worth a darn for seeing behind you. Since you have a hitch this may be important. Dare to be different
