WTB: 69-72 Buckets
Anyone have any buckets seats in decent condition for sale. I'm new to the board and just purchased a 67 swb and I would like to put buckets seats and console in it. I already have the console. Thanks!

Just to clarify, are you looking for Blazer buckets or truck buckets?

DAvid, I have a nice pair of 69-72 Blazer buckets that need recovering but the frame's and foam rubber is nice. $275. + Ship (ship would be around $55. via Greyhound.) You would need to convert the passenger seat mounting bracket to go in a truck verses a blazer.

The seats are the same but the truck buckets don't have the hard plastic backs (no need since they are up against the gas tank. The main difference is the mounting brackets. Also, there were truck buckets with a center seat/console, but that isn't what is in your picture. FYI, that console is from a '73 + Blazer. It has cup holders instead of the square seat belt holders. The cup holders are much more useful and a common swap.

The console I have is just like the one pictured so I guess it is from a 73. I like the idea of cup holders. Could you modify the passenger seat to fit the truck? If so how and is it difficult to do and still look good.

The brackets just bolt to the bottom of the seats. LMC (and I'm sure most of the vendors on the board) carry the truck brackets and if you get seats with the blazer brackets, you can always find someone to buy them.
