starting problemms
undefined my 88 burban just stop, 350 TBI was runnig good,but would die when I slow down to make a turn ,then it got to where it takes long to start, also it would not respond when I press on the gas ,now it will not start at all , I think my fuel pump is bad, and I know that my sending unit is bad cause the gas gauge has not worked for somtime, service engene light has not come on

I think they moved your post because it's an engine and drivetrain kind of question. Well, the throttle position sensor could be bad, but so could just about any other component on the vehicle. For that matter, it could be a big vacuum leak. Start with making sure the ignition is good - replace anything that looks bad, or is over it's replacement schedule. I think 30k for plugs, and 60k for cap, rotor, wires is a good conservative rule of thumb. Have you changed the fuel filter as needed? A new one would be a good investment at this point. If you're going to change the sending unit anyway, now would be a good time, if it is a modular unit that includes the fuel pump. I also think that it is never a bad idea to have a spare ignition module in the glove box, so you might try one. It probably won't fix it, but you'll have your spare. And if it should happen to help, it's 20 or so bucks very well spent. If this fixes your problem great, if not, you've done the preventative maint. that you were going to have to do anyway, and you can get on with diagnosing the problem with the knowledge of what isn't causing it. I know this sounds a lot like just parts changing, but it's not, if you limit it to the kinds of things that need regular replacement, and are due. I can think of a number of tests that might shed some light on things, but the lack of any tests on your part so far, and the fact that this has been getting worse for some time, makes me think your tools are limited. So, make sure the basics are covered, then you'll have to decide if you are going to invest in stuff like a fuel pressure gauge, manuals, etc., or take it to a pro.

72k5, thank you I have new plugs, fuel filter and wiers.wereis ,where is the throttle position sensor located.I changed the fuel pump relay and got it stated, but the idel is suerging up & down when i give it gas it hesitate .

You may want to change your distributor,pull it out,if it turns tight,replace it. This tightness slows down the injector driver and thus makes a stalling cond. I have seen that alot with the new style dist,But check the coil too(cheaper) common for those to break down,look for white chalk like on the sides of the coil.
