86 CAB 75 front fenders
What problems will i run into trying to do this all the indications I got were that the CAB and the doors are basically the same

75 fenders wont fit on a 86 cab.

I have no personal experience with it, but I thought several people here had reported that it will work in the past. I though they were basically the same. The wipers are different, though, hidden under the hood on one and not on the other.

What exactly are you trying to do? If you want to use the 86 cab and the 75 front clip, you can do that without any problems. You will need to use the wiper linkage (GM called them wiper transmissions) for the clip you are matching. If you are trying to mix and match 75-80 fenders on an 81-87 front clip, that won't work. You have to use the radiator support, fenders and hood as a set.
