68 bumper w/ shaved bolts? where? who?
any of you guy know of a supplier that sells chrome front bumpers with the bolt heads shaved. would love to be able to buy a new one with this already done.

That's going to be a DIY project. I shaved the bolts on my bumper (along with other mods) and looked for a chromer who would do a quality job... and found the prices to be unbearable ($500+). There was a thread not long ago where people said they could get chroming done in the $150 range... but not much commentary on the quality at that price.
