will it fit
real quick question before I buy this thing does anyone know if a 11" flywheel will fit in a three speed bell housing. Do you know of any other problems going to match up a re-built 350 to the three speed with a hurst floor shifter and I think a 10" clutch system will get ribbed apart. dave

To my knowledge (and looking at Hollander), there was only one manual transmission bellhousing used on 68-72 Trucks no matter what engine/trans was installed. The 67 model used the same bellhousing as the 65-66 truck. Also, a 10" clutch only came on 6cyl trucks (the 6cyl HD clutch was 11"). All V-8's got a minimum of an 11" and some got HD 12" clutches. Hope this helps.

I think the diameter of the flywheels are the same except for the 10 inch, which is different, and requires a different starter. The 10" uses the 1 long1 short bolt starter, and the rest use the 2 long bolt starters, unless you have the cast bell for a 4 speed, then the starter bolts to the bellhousing.

If your gonna do any hauling,or pulling at all I would go for the 11" clutch.
