defrosters not working on 85 burb
defrosters not working just blowing out the vents and the floor area can anyone help

about the only thing i would think to do is check for disconnected hoses or blockage

You have a vacuum problem- somewhere. It sounds like you have a total loss of vacuum to your ac fromunder the hood. There is 1 small hose through the firewall to the pass side of center that goes to a vacuum source,check it first and then trace to under dash if the problem is still there. This is not guarnteed, but is 95% of vent switching problems.

thanks for the reply i'll check that alot of the vacuum lines were disconnected i bought the truck from ebay for 200.00
